so i’ve been working out my endurance and today i managed to run 3 miles without stopping for a time of 29:57. i’m really happy about the progress i’ve been making. i would really like to get the time down to 25 minutes and i’m sure i’ll be able to but it’s gonna take me a while. and aim to beat the previous time!!!! and i will start eating a banana. then i went up to a mile which took me about 9:15ish minutes. so i started by lowering my speed and running for a longer time. and i wish to bring my 3 mile time down to 25 minutes by the end of the year.
