now that you’ve gone through the orientation sessions, you’re ready to meet your employment coach! during your first meeting, your employment coach will ask you some “get to know you” questions, kind of like an interview, so they can get a good idea of who you are and your employment goals. in this next stage of our employment process, you’ll be introduced to our job development team (jdt) who will work with you and your employment coach going forward. the jdt will review your employment goals with you and help find a realistic job target. our goal is to support you on your employment journey. your employment coach will keep in touch with both of you as needed to make sure you’re feeling comfortable and progressing in your position.
