on a quest to develop my own inner beauty, improve my mindset, and have a successful year, i compiled these routines in 2018 when i launched my business. i pray for the people and things that are important to me. whilst multi-tasking is good in some ways (exercising whilst feeding my mind through a podcast or uplifting music), i try to avoid multi-tasking in general, so that i can really be present in the moment and give one task my 100% at a time. i believe that no diet book or diet plan can give the ultimate be-all and end-all solution, which is why what works so well for some people fails to work for others. the goal is to feed myself foods with high nutritional content and a balance of good fats, carbs and protein.
there is always something to be grateful for, even in tough seasons – so if you can’t think of anything, start with nature and the ability to experience its priceless beauty. if you can, try to do at least a part of your evening routine in nature – in grass, on the beach, or somewhere you can really contemplate and be at peace. my favourite s are your prayer & gratitude in the morning and the same in evening …but allowing yourself to connect to nature whilst doing it is a fantastic idea! you are amazing at dealing with stress and balancing a million things in the air, and you are very inspiring, so i’m glad to read that this is resonating with you. will be implementing those that i am not already doing most of which i already love and insist on doing to create calmness and positivity in my life.
