staff is good & hardworking, but the owner seems not taking any care of the place.the heating is not working through out the store & it seems customers and workers are all suffering because of it.the owner increased the price on every item, but service is falling below standards & it’s not the fault of the workers.the facial rooms are stone cold, also the steamer is not working.been going to the place for such a long time(10 years atleast) and these small business got so much money under ppp plan, but refuse to take of the place or it’s workers or customersunlessservices: waxing very good service i got from the tip top salon.nice hair cutting ,hair color so many stuff. the ambeince is excellant with good spacing between the seating tables.
